The Becketts 40 Tray prover is a reach-in proving cabinet with Insulated panels to limit condensation and maintain temperature.
Designed for 30" x 18", standard UK baking sheets and trays, other sizes are available on request. 20 pairs of removable tray runners at 31/2" spacing to allow for large or small goods.
Temperature and humidity are independently controlled by thermostat and humidistat for compete flexibility.
Air is fan circulated for even proving.
A glass window is fitted to allow monitoring of the dough proving without opening the door which would disturb the internal climate.
Built on castors to facilitate cleaning.
