Oddy Pinner with finger roll moulding attachment. To fit on an existing Oddy 2 pocket Roll Divider/Moulder. The dual pinning roll assembly has PTFE coated rollers mounted above the discharge belt, independently adjustable for height, which flatten dough pieces gently and accurately. The finger roll moulder again mounts above the discharge belt. The moulding band can be adjusted to height and angle, the unit can be set to the desired degree of shaping or can be raised to an inoperative position.
